With over 19 years of experience in the developmentalsector—10+ of those in leadership roles—Jessica has devoted her career tobuilding inclusive communities where individuals with developmentaldisabilities are empowered to thrive. Her dedication to advocacy, teamdevelopment, and personalized support has made a meaningful impact throughouther career.
Jessica’s journey with Hopewell began several years ago, andmost recently, she served as our Director of Operations. Her extensiveexperience in the organization has equipped her with a deep understanding ofthe needs of both the people we support and the broader developmental serviceslandscape. She’s known for her compassionate approach, creativeproblem-solving, and unwavering commitment to providing the highest quality ofcare.
