What the Hopewell difference looks like in practice

The right support for a full life

Lifelong support tailored to each individual

Hopewell builds support around each person — their choices, communication, relationships, strengths and goals — so support can evolve with them through every stage of life.

Support for varying needs

Our multidisciplinary team brings nursing, behaviour therapy, clinical education and direct support expertise together to provide responsive support shaped around each person’s needs.

Creating meaningful opportunities

Meaningful opportunities are shaped by what matters most to each person, from everyday decisions and practical skills to valued roles, community involvement and trying something new.

Innovation with purpose

Innovation is meaningful when it improves people’s lives. We use technology, data and new approaches to enhance support, strengthen communication and create more time for human connection.

Support through life's transitions

We adapt support around the milestones that matter to each person, recognizing that progress, autonomy and a life shaped by individual priorities will look different for everyone.

Advocating for better systems

We work with community, municipal, provincial and sector partners to address barriers affecting housing, accessibility and developmental services capacity.

Our support grows and adapts as needs, preferences and goals change, helping people and families build trusted relationships, confidence, skills, belonging and greater independence.
